House Church Gathering
This past Sunday was CityPoint’s first official Sunday not meeting in the evening. We’re entering a new season in our church life, with worship and discipleship being done through the context of a house church. The early church started in homes and the church around the world continues to as well. We spent time praying together and reading some verses like Acts 2:42-47 where the early church worshipped and fellowshipped together.
Read more about the change here.

Friendsgiving
Youth group families! 6th - 12th Grade
We are excited for our Friendsgiving event we have planned for Wednesday, November 23rd from 3:00 - 9:00 pm
We have a fantastic day planned with service projects, dinner, games and surprise speaker.
In order to make this day a success, we are requesting a few items for the service projects and the dinner. If you have the ability to provide an item, please sign up in the link below. If you would rather make a monetary donation to support the event, we will take that as well. You can donate https://citypointu.churchcenter.com/giving/to/youth-ministry
You do not have to donate in order to participate.
One other way you can support is via your prayers:
- prayer for good weather in order to complete the service projects planned
- prayer for students to attend and bring friends who haven't been to youth group
- prayer over our speaker and the students hearts are open to receive it
- prayer for every student to serve with a Jesus attitude
- prayer over the requested list that God provides
Thank you for your support of CityPoint Youth group.
We are looking for 6 Parents to help chaperone the Service Projects. This is from 3:00 -5:30pm that day. Please contact Heather if you are available. 515-418-0997.
THANK YOU!!!!!!
