Service Weekend January 29th
Be at the church from 9am to 11am and lets serve together. We will be serving the community by gathering items for refugee communities. There will be 1,000 refugees placed in the state within this year. They are came over here with mainly the clothes on their back. Let’s come together and see if we can take some of this burden off of these individuals. Bring your donations with you on the 29th. We will have a truck that we will load with all the items. We need you to SPREAD the word to all of your friends, coworkers, wherever you go! Let’s come together as The Church and serve our community well.
We will also be serving our church by having a group (we will all start at the church building) going to the church office at 9:30am to move the office items.
Every January our network puts on an amazing mens conference. Please consider registering for this mens conference called NEXT for January 28-29. It begins Friday night with an amazing steak dinner. There will be awesome worship, speaker, and breakout sessions.
You can register here, for the Ankeny event specifically, as well as look at more info. You are able to bring your middle school or older sons to this as well.
