Adopt a Family: Coming in December:
Accepting Donations Now
Every December CityPoint likes to partner with the Urbandale Community Action Network to provide Christmas gifts, and meals to those who may not be able to afford their own. Our Goal is to adopt 5 Families.
There will be a bucket for collecting change at the "Get Connected" table each week until thanksgiving.
