Lifegroups begin this week. We are excited to connect with the church family on a deeper level in our regional Lifegroups. Please let Nick Reed or Matt O’Mealey know if you have not received an invite to a Lifegroup yet.

This week for prayer we are going to Worship, sing, read and pray together.
Please join us for a time to be refreshed as we come to the throne of God together.

All orders will be delivered to us together, and we will disperse them on a Sunday evening at church. You can also contact Nick Reed or Matt Omealey if you need yours sent to you.

Meals from the Heartland will supply everything we need to complete this task. You have to be 14 or older to volunteer. If you are 8 years old to 14 you must be with an adult.
ADOPT A FAMILY
There will be a big bucket fro collecting change, every week by the 'Get Connected' table until Thanksgiving.
If you have some change you can spare, a buck, or twenty throw it in the bucket. We are raising money for Adopt a Family! We are excited to be able to serve families of Urbandale again this Christmas season. Adopt a Family is my favorite holiday activity with the church. Adopt a family are families that have fallen on hard times and just can't afford Christmas. They ask for things like winter coats, boots, gloves, food. We have delivered to families that do not even have the luxury of a Christmas Tree. The smiles on the faces say it all.
We will have more information about Adopt A Family in a few weeks. So for now we are asking for donations.
